I think a good idea is to a scoreboard
where it says who scored, what minute, what the result is and how much time you've played. And also at a begining of a game you could have the referee throw a coin so you can choose the ball or the half.
Another idea is fairplay award at the end of the tournament and in the game if you someone from the other team gets injured you can kick the ball out and then the other team gives back to you and the crowd cheers,
