Scenario Mod

Since i found all relevant stuff to change and even found some stuff you usually cant change in fifa, like number of red cards, number of injuries etc

I just made a scenario mod, right now there is only one scenario:

England - Germany World Cup Final 1966

Geoff Hurst scores for England in minute 98 for a 3-2 lead. Germanys morale drops to 0 while England got a boost in morale.

Your mission: play the remaining time with a demoralized german team and try to win the game (either overtime win or shootout)

The idea is, if you win this scenario, the next scenario is available.

So for options, almost everything is possible, even 5 vs 5 and a smaller field (but little buggy sometimes)

Is there any interest in such a mod? And if in which scenarios are you interested?

i am not modifying the fifa files, i patch directly the fifa main memory. one advantage is, that if found, you can patch virtually everything.

one big disadvantage is, if a new patch will be released the addresses are not working anymore and i have to search for them again.

so right now, i am patching only the scenario settings. i think its possible to patch even the playernames and make a game look classic (black white instead of green) but i am not focusing on that cause thats too much work and i only have little time.

Player names can be edited in the DB.

Is that where you're modding all this stuff?

no as said, i dont patch any files. i patch directly in memory of fifa.

so if you close fifa, and start fifa again, fifa is back to is normal state.

like this for instance:

with this patch you can substitute all 11 players, there is no 3 player limit.

keep in mind this only works with the latest official fifa patch (1.1)

oh great I need that for my Euro 2008 patch. BTW the reserves and subs total 12 players. :P

So with the modded exe can the .db be tuned to these new settings? ie i can put subs = 12 for a tournament?

EDIT: I just tried the subs patch and it didnt work. Would it be possible to make a mod for a clean installation of FIFA07?

for me it works fine. i tried a 12 player bench but the game wont accept this, only 11 but i dont know about uefa.

are you sure u are using the latest official fifa patch? because this patch only works with the latest patch, since i usually play only online i need to have the latest patch and am not using the 1.0 version.

According to my config file, I have got v1.1 but the official EA patch didnt really work with my verison. I dont play online and i also have a no-CD.exe
