no mate,this patch is only .exe version(maybe 1GB xD)

its really great, just need to update the jaw, for me nose form is good :P
tambien intenta cambiar la textura en el menton que se ve algo mal x el gesto que hace en la pic, fuera de eso, todo lo demas esta exelente santi
