Ich weiß nicht, wie der Patch aufgebaut ist, aber ich schätze mal, es ist eine CMP File....
Das bedeutet, dass man sich aussuchen kann was man mit dem CM einfügen möchte. Soweit ich weiß.
Dann würde ich alles deselektieren, bis auf die Faces und dann einfügen.

jojo is CMP file aber die machen doch eh immer .exe'n dafür oder? naja werd ichs nochma laden müssen^^ hats enttäuschterweise scho gelöscht ^^
