San Jose Earthquakes CMP Patch 1.0v - Expansion your MLS

Man, I like this patch but looking closelly at it, it just takes players from other teams.

Take James Riley - Now i have him playing for the San Jose Earthquakes and for the New England Revolution.

Cannon Joe playes for both the Galaxy and the Earthquakes

And the list goes on. Am I supposed to remove them from their original teams?

Yes...You correct...Removed players of originals teams with CM....This is a transfers of MLS. Check the transfers in MLS net link

just a quick question. i downloaded the patch and now have the .cmp file on my desktop. i do not know what folder to put it in or what to do with all the files within the .cmp file. basically I am stuck on where to put the .cmp files or all the files within it so that the team will show up in my game. thanks for any help anyone might offer.

A *.cmp file is the native file format of the most popular Fifa editing program, Creation Master 08 by Rinaldo. His thread, and the link to download the program is easy to find, as well as tips on using it. Look around the forum, and have fun. Bear in mind, though - this is for the PC version of the game, just in case you were not clear on this.

downloaded CM08 last night and it is amazing. imported the SA Earthquakes and did all the roster moves, as well as removing players from their old teams. and Imported the Greek Superleague. Amazing program. thanks for your help Keegan.

Yeah I agree with that. I'm always looking to add new clubs and tournaments to my game. I like having a lot of versatility. I do wish there were more people who were actually updating the MLS. I do most of it myself except when there are new players added that weren't already in the game. I've never been very good at creating players.

I don't really know a lot about the MLS. Has a team been relegated for the San Jose Earthquakes to be in the division or has the team just been added as an extra?

San Jose Earthquakes are an expansion team....so you just add them and don't relegate anybody...there are now 14 teams in the MLS.

Yeah, I tried to use the CM08 but since the file is not in .cmp format, it wouldn't load.
