Using Saitek's re-mapping software, I've re-mapped most of the controls to new buttons on my Saitek P3000 gamepad, and have gotten almost everything to work properly. However, I can't seem to get the "through pass" mapped over. The default for the Through pass is Button #4, and I'm trying to switch it to Button #5. However, nothing happens when I hit Button #5.
Note that Button #5 _is_ working properly in the Windows XP Control panel Game Controllers Test screen, and the through pass works properly (using Button #4) when I don't use the re-mapped profile in FIFA, so it seems that there is no hardware problem or software problem within the game itself.
BTW -- this is using the 1.1 NoCD patch. I use the saitek software to re-map because the function built in to FIFA 1.1 only allows re-mapping to the keyboard.
So, does anyone here use this gamepad with FIFA 2004, and if so, have you re-mapped any commands? Any idea what might be causing my problem?
