Geoffery Kondogbia is expected to have a medical at Inter on Monday. I have a friend who lives in Monaco and he told me that the club really had no intention of doing any business with Arsenal.

Aubameyang --> Arsenal
The rumour mill has it that the supposed sum is around 40 million euros. I don't think this is the signing that Arsenal need at all.

Yeah he played as a striker for Dortmund most of the time last season, since both Immobile and Adrian Ramos flopped, but still they should go for a more proven striker. For example Benteke is available and cheaper. He's EPL proven and is a pretty lethal forward. Or Lacazette could be Arsenal material as well, but I'm not sure if he's going to move anywhere during the summer before Euros.

Aube is more proven than Benteke and he can cover two positions but the 40m is too much.
Yeah that sum is really too much. Alexis Sanchez cost a similar amount of money for example, and Aubameyang is not even near the same level that Alexis is. This just sounds like a really bad piece of business overall.

Also it looks like you guys are finally getting Cech. This is pretty much set in stone I think. Quality signing. https://twitter.com/SkySportsNewsHQ/status/613418103750414342

BREAKING: Sky Sources: Arsenal agree £10.9m fee with Chelsea for Petr Cech.

Oh and tits.
That could be one of the best transfers in Arsenal history. Massive massive signing.

As for Aube, bad piece of business is hard to say. He has got pace to burn, world class running patters and definitely can score. The movements and spaces that could open up....some not so visible and minor tweaks could bring about a new dimension so it could be a masterful transfer. There weren't a lot of guesses that Alexis would turn out to be an absolute superstar.

Benteke is more proven than Auba as far as I'm concerned. I don't think anyone in Germany is convinced that he's much more than a track star.

Alexis is not a superstar
What kind of a talk is this? :D The guy is fucking majestic! Especially when he gets to play in a free role like he has at Arsenal. Also he's almost never injured and his stamina is another great quality of his.

He wasn't so succesful at Barça, because not being played in his favoured position + he had to do a lot of dirty work, tracking back a lot etc etc. Well I guess I should mention that he wasn't exactly a failure for you guys either. But still you didn't get the best out of him.

Sure, but who guessed he was going to the best player in the league halfway through his first season.

Well, I think Benteke would beast it at BvB and surpass Lewandowski but I think that taking in to consideration what them coming together could bring about. Arsenal and PL is different to BvB and Bundesliga. Track star has good numbers playing for a broken clueless team, was a good player for them when they weren't that shit and was the star for another team in another league. Played at the highest levels.

I'd rather have Benteke at Arsenal but I was just trying to make sense of Aubameyang to Arsenal- it could work and work very well.

Also looks like Liverpool have signed Roberto Firmino. I don't know how to feel about this, I guess I have never seen him play properly to make a decision or to comment on him. The last memory of him is missing that empty net against Colombia which could've levelled things up for Brasil.

I guess he's a good replacement for Sterling who looks likely to be leaving Liverpool this summer. No idea how much they're paying for Firmino though.
