It does look pretty good though I think the pop up is a little too big and too square which kinda lessens its appeal.

well, the pop-up might appear big on some resolutions and well, on any resolution, but it's supposed to be, since it's the basic navigation system of the site. I won't cut the size of it.

all the functions are going to be based pop-ups too.

I'm using 1280x1024 resolution but I always have my browser minimised so having a smaller pop-up window would be more user friendly and too many pop ups can be very (VERY!) annoying.

Good points there. Im not such a great web-designer, so I try to use the skills I got and pay more attention on the graphical aspects. I could resize the pop-up, quite easily actually. But when I cut it, it would mean that I'd have to do all the linking to the smaller pop-up things twice.
I'll first finish it in this size and then try to make it in a smaller size too.

what did you mean by the pop-up being too square btw?

It's too much of a square (as in a square being eg. 600x600 pixels...in that case 600x350 would look better.)

oh, that's obvious, but I missed it on the first read :$

Would it be better to have each part to have it's own pop-up, or just one more popup, which would always transform to the matter required.
