i;d rate him around 75 - 80. He is good in the air as well as with his feet. He should start alongside Makaay. That would be something.

with Pizarro's form, it's hard to say who should start alongside Makaay. Santa Cruz last season was more than excellent, even though he missed almost the entire season. He played a few games before getting injured, and scored in almost every games. Let's see who's best.

Pizarro is definitely our best striker at the moment, one goal in each game. :p

But since we sold Elber Roque will play some more games. He just came back from an injury and scored 3 goals in the Cup.

i've seen Roque grew up since i'm from Paraguay and a big fan of Olimpia(where he attended soccer school since he was a kid)He made his debut on the Olimpia majors team at the age of 16(youngest player)and he soon became a starter because of his goals,he scored a goal once after dribling 5 players and then the goalie.Amazing.You guys should really see some of his goals with Olimpia.
I rate him with a 90 ,i know he's capable of playing better he just needs more playing time,in the last Bayern game he scored a hattrick so he's getting better(Makaay watch out)
Also the coach of Bayern, Hitzfeld asked for an extension on Santa Cruz contract until 2006 where a lot of money is involved(millions!) so that means the coach really likes him and they need him

Bayern isn't really covered up front if we let him go. Right now we only have Santa Cruz as our real backup for Makaay or Pizzaro, but that's it. You can't have no backup.

Don't write him off after 3 bad games. He wasn't fit when he came to Munich and that's about 4 weeks ago. Hitzfeld told the press that Makaay will start in the next games. All he needs are games and no training.

Hitzfeld is a great coach and he knows what to do with Roque. He played 60 minutes in the German Cup last week.

And please, Makaay is not overrated.

Vince is right, and I guess he read the Bayern website like I did. It usually takes a player a couple of weeks to get in the rhythm of the team and Makaay is still in the time span. Give him some more time and he will produce. Just wait for Champions League, where I believe he will be the top scorer.

i know that Makaay only played a few games but not because he's an expensive player and was the top scorer in the spanish league he deserves a start place.He has to prove that he was a good buy by scoring goals on Bayern

i hope he does well though
