I bought Ron for 54 mil from Paris SG I had to sell vincete to Bayer for 27 mil to balance the book....I had to as I tried to train vincete for AMC or MC, I have to many strikers...I'll post how good Ron does in some time

Too many strikers has always been a problem for me, I always had 3-5 with value over 10 mil, and they would get upset at squad rotation systems. I was really in a pickle, cuz they all scored whenever I played them...

This is the best player ever. He is contracted to PSV when you first start although he doesnt move to them for another season. You'll be hard pushed to sign him off PSV so wait until his contract becomes unprotected and offer him the earth in salaries and you only pay PSV 2.8m. Ha ha.

After 6 seasons at Spurs I now have what I reckon is a dreamteam in this game.

i'd like to think of it as adding experience to the squad in their twilight years. look at keown at arsenal. also, a good central defender from River is Yepes. Also Ibriham Said is a snip at £1.5m, always gets an average of 7.50+ a season in defence

I agree. Buying Said is always one of the first things I do, though if you wait a month or two you can get him for £250'000. I've never tried Yepes before - thanks!

i'll try that next time. i always sign Martins on a free when i first start - hes 16 when you sign him ,play him in the reserves for 2 seasons and his stats then take him to one of the best in the world

Pedro Sarabia and Vladislav Vaschuk are A+ defenders. Very useful if u need DL or DR

I agree with you. I have just got Yepes for my PAO side and he is kicking @$$! I haven't tried Martins yet but I will ASAP.

Yepes has so far played three games. He has not conceeded any, scored twice and his match rating has been 10-9-9.

Martins is a 16 year old player with no club when you first start in 2001/2002. he kicks arse after a couple of years. but the best player in the game is Arjen Robben. Check out his stats. One thing i do also is get my scouts to go around Sweden, Denmark, etc. By in players like Selakovic, Jonas Lunden, Backilagroi, Ejerholm etc. They each cost betwen £250,000 - £500,000 but there stats are great. You can either play them if you need them in your team, or flog them on for £5-6m!!!

I agree, Swedish, Danish and the likes have very valuable players. I'm giving Man Utd a go at the moment, and I have found John O'Shea to be very inspired, do give him a look shall you?
