I won't evaluate a player's talent by the glamour of their dribble. That's just pure ignorance.

But ATM Ronaldinho > Cristiano Ronaldo. In the future, we'll have to be here to watch.

you have to be an idiot to even debate who's a better player right now :rolleyes: Ronaldinho is at least 5 times the player Cristiano is right now. Let's not forget though that C. Ronaldo is still learning the game at 19, however he consistantly makes headlines, is a regular in the NT, and is chosen for these ridiculous comparisons. I don't ever recall anyone even suggesting that he was better than or comparable to Ronaldinho or any other player of that calibre.

Why doesn't someone make a Rooney vs. Pele video? :|

They can't be... I've seen the future and those wont exist for another 135 years.

Ronaldinho is way better than Cristiano right now. But the two play very different styles. Cristiano is more of a play making midfielder, while Ronaldinho is just a superstar.

Yeah, obviously it's their juggling skills that tell you how good they are!

And someone said that Ronaldo is a regular in the NT at 19...we are forgetting that Ronaldinho was also on his NT at age 19, except that his NT happens to be totally stacked with offensive talent, making it even more of an impressive feat.

There's no reason to compare players on individual skill...especially a winger with an attacking midfielder...teams win championships, and if either of these guys managed to carry a team to a championship all by himself, then there would never be a comparison of any sort again.

Like the above said, we will see...in ten years, we will probably still be talking about both these guys, but probably Ronaldinho more, as he would probably have legendary status at that point.

Exactly. If some people can compare Ronaldo and Ronaldinho on how they play, then i am sure they can compare Beckham and van Nistelrooy, Roy Keane and Henry, Barthez and Nesta and a donkey with a dog.
