i have played a match with fc catanzaro and was beaten 5-0
i had only 2 chances
i played a 4-4-2 and got nothing

Depends what tactics you used. Wingers are good only for good cross balls teams, other than that, you can forget it. I myself am using a 3-4-3 with short passing.

now i played a 5-2-3 and won with 3-1
i also played a 4-4-2 in diamond position and won 3-2 and lost 2-1
to a team ranked 20***
is it good or not

If you are ranked around the 20k, and you just started, then that's very good...
