Rivaldo to Espanyol

It seems that Rivaldo finally found a club, it's not 100% sure, but it is very close

Rivaldo gives his OK to Espanyol deal
tribalfootball.com - December 20, 2003

Rivaldo has verbally agreed to join Espanyol for the second-half of the season.
The Brazilian will sign a contract worth less than £600,000 and in doing so reject offers from Middlesbrough, Sao Paulo and Qatar.

Rivaldo will join Luis Fernandez's Espanyol squad after Christmas and will be the first of several new faces to arrive during the January transfer window.

Lens fullback Cyril Rool and another forward are expected to be confirmed as new signings in the coming days.

Fernandez has also decided to jettison Pierre Wome, Sebastian Bastia and Kevin Bobson, who will all leave on free transfers.

I've seen this info in a couple more sites, so I guess it may be true. Anyway, I don't think signing Rivaldo will help Espanyol, they only have 8 points!! ( I think they won 2 games and lost 12,something like that)
Rivaldo is going to be a waste of money for Espanyol

or he can go help Sao Paulo win the Libertadores. And maybe face Milan on the Intercontinental Cup and show them that he still had it in him.(H)
