It seems like since 12 was the first instalment of Fifa on PC to feature that creation center nonsense, EA, put an extra effort into putting lock and key on league editing (not including League ID swaps), unlike what happens in 13 I guess. But I'm not sure if the issues I had on my tests had to do with db problems (seems unlikely, cause crashes were while entering career mode. All is fine under tourney mode)

two quick questions: which game are you playing mostly these days, 11-12-13 or 14?

1- FIFA 13 (Due to regularcat's ai mod he gave to me in 2012). It's unbelievable.
2 - FIFA 12 (The AI is far batter than FIFA 14 and 13. More realistic actions by players. Graphics not as good as 13 though.
3 - FIFA 14. I loved the demo. Hate the full game. I have maybe played 10 games in total for it (All Friendlies). I have never played the career mode except for a patch I released last year with Dreamz where I added the COsta Rican League to career mode.
4 - FIFA 11. I don't know where that CD is. Additionally, it had several scratches. The last FIFA game that I bought where I got the CD version and not from download.
Crashes are a dime a dozen. Can be several issues. For instance, for the patch I ensured that career mode starts in July 2013. ALso, I borrowed the Loc Files from FIFA 14 and that caused crashes ( I didn't want to have to enter names individually for all of the new teams as they are missing from the FIFA 12 language files). I have to do it anyway since using the FIFA 14 .loc files loads all the team names but it makes career mode unplayable. Also, player loans can be an issue. In my FIFA 13 patch if I deleted the loans the game was fine. However, If I didn't it crashed at some point during the season. There are so many reasons for career mode crashes. Even from a fresh install there are crashes from EA. It's something EA have never truly fixed. It's even harder for patch makers.
