The Wales manager Gary Speed has been found dead at his home after apparently committing suicide.

Depression isn't a rational choice and it has nothing to do with "allowing" yourself do slide into it. It's about an unnatural brain chemistry that one can't get out of without anti-depressants no matter how much they realize they should act differently.
