I've just read the terrible news. and seriously I just dont believe it.
Scottish rallying legend colin mcrae had died in a helicopter crash near scotland. his 6 year old son also passed away in the crash.
he was the first British to become WRC champion in 1995..
used to watch him since the days he's in his prime, he's the one that made me a rally fan.. played all games named Colin McRae Rally by Codemasters (sucked at last series though).. this is deeply upsetting
first Mr. Richard Burns, then Colin McRae.. two rallying legend, both had video games dedicated to their names, and both had passed away..

Helicopter crash
An AS350B2 Squirrel helicopter registered G-CBHL to McRae crashed 1 mile north of Lanark, Scotland on 15 September 2007, which is close to the McRae family home.
Formal identification of the crash victims came at lunchtime on September 16th; McRae is known to be a keen helicopter pilot, and his agent Jean-Éric Freudiger has stated that McRae was piloting the helicopter at the time of the crash. This was confirmed by police, along with confirmation of the other victims; McRae's five-year-old son Johnny, a friend of Johnny, aged 6, and a McRae family friend. in which Strathclyde Police confirm there were no survivors. McRae's wife Alison and their daughter Hollie, 9, were not on board.
