My friend got a letter last year. He was online 24/7 downloading songs, movies, porn etc cuz he had cable anyway.... he got a letter saying that if he didnt stop sharing he would get his account banned from optimum online his cable company and if he continued downloading again then he would get sued. he says that the letter said that he can download stuff which is legal but that he cant SHARE them what the hell is this all about how com ehe didnt get sued? any ideas guys??
