hi everyone here is a quik review on my thought of fifa 2004 .
i went into gamestation today and saw fifa 2004 and i thought o yes finally so i grabbed the controller and picked my team blackburn vs chelsea there where so MANYYYY teams, and i entered the game and the graphics where very good and too my suprise and everyone elses the ps2 version(on top telly) looked a bit sharper detailed than the xbox version (bottom telly) in terms of colours and textures , that dazzled me but it was true.NOW onto the game the gameplay is sooooooooo much better its amazing and u can do one two passes and skills lots of them, like shimmy round a player to avoid a tackle superb, and the shooting system was very good aswelland the ball phsics acted like a real ball.I Also tryed the carreer mode and that was filled with qaulity objectives physical training and transfers negotiations,it was well good.

im telling you im gonna be the first to buy it tommorow.
amazing.

don't wanna look like the 'knowing it all' guy, but...I told it!! hehehehe...I knew PS2 version would be so much better than in any other one and PC's one.

congratulations, EA...true footy fans will play FIFA...now, let's admit folks...it's been a loooooooooong time since FIFA didn't get so much good reviews from 'desbelieving' fans isn't it??? goooood...

and have you noticed how the PES fans (in the PES forums) started getting abusive and stuff while in the past they were "constructive and mature"?
they finally realized PES got its ass kicked.

You guys are unbelievably stupid. Go and read ANY magazine or online review and then tell me that PES got its arse kicked. You cannot argue with the fact that EVERY REVIEW THERE IS says PES3 is the best football game ever

i rest my case.

anyways... well i don't trust magazine reviews anymore coz i'm sure they're the same reviewers who gave FIFA 99 a 96% rating if i recall correctly.

I don't know how the PS2 can look better then the Xbox, there is quite a difference in power and graphics performance between the two!

But I guess I'm only looking at facts between the hardware. :crazyboy:

Don't try and be clever. Yes that was a bit abusive, but it's not because I "realise PES got is arse kicked". It's because I'm intolerant of stupidity.

And what, you don't trust ANY magazine or online reviews at all? For the reason you gave? OK then, if you like. Good reasoning

hmm as both games aren't released for PC yet i couldn't find any online reviews... i'd appreciate it if you post links to any online (PC) reviews for both games...

i can't see why a game with much less teams, faces, kits, sounds, music, commentary etc... would require 3 Gb of hard-disk space and it won't even run properly on a GeForce 4 Mx card (not saying that my gfx card is top end but i run most of my games on it smoothly on the highest level of detail and 1024 768 resolution)

PES3 has pages upon pages of statistics rated from 1-99 for each player before considering their morale, match fitness and overall fatigue. If you people would continue playing PES3 until the time when you grow up you'll notice that each individual player has his own sort of personality and individual skill, the game engine is far superior to that of the FIFA2004 one and the animations in PES now make the game look and feel a lot better than FIFA. FIFA may look good when you pause the game but while running it looks scripted and piss.

Back to the point, because of this intricate system for each player in PES it is possible to build teams just like in real football and in this day and age is the most accurate interpretation of how a real game is played. So if you want a football simulation buy PES and if you want to remain a mindless child for the rest of your lives stick with FIFA.
