Restoring fifa to original settings

Is it possible to restore my fifa to as it was in the box so no patches have been installed and no updates have been made.

If it is possible would somebody be able to explain to me how to do it.

Uninstall the game. Delete the 'FIFA 08' folder from 'Program Files' (and the one in 'My Documents' if you don't want to keep any saved content). Reinstall the game
