I edited fifa's db (using CM beta2, DBM, i68KitManager and MinikitTool) and now fifa opens fullscreen but a quater is inactive - game runs in smaller part of the screen - from left top corner. Just like that:

It looks more miraculous for me when I tried to use my backuped "FIFA 11" folder - nothing changes. I have to admit, that I had the same "effect" when I was trying to open fifa in window.

Is it possible that I changed something i this area using DB Master?

prolly not, check if you have a product. or rna ini file.
look to see if something was added there.

cm beta is a game killer by the way.

hum hum hum, I'm affraid I don;t get what you ment... Could you explain "product. or rna ini file". And about CM beta - I know, that's why I have hole FIFA folder backuped :P
