Resizing Boot Rev Images without loosing the Quality

Alot of the Boot Revolution Boot Images about are really big sized when and when i resize them myself i lose quality my making them smaller, Maybe because im using paint is there a program to make the boots smaller without losing the quality?

i use Photoshop when attempting to make mine and it doesnt lose the quality when resizing

For losing the least quantity using Photoshop, first convert the image to CMYK mode.

In Photoshop 7.0, click on Image in the File-Edit-... toolbar. The very first option is Mode. There, you'll generally find your image mode is RGB. So change it to CMYK, and then resize your image.

Afterwards, reconvert the mode to RGB before saving.
