[Request] Move Teams Across Leagues

I was thinking of creating a "super league" of top teams from all the domestic leagues. This league will include teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Man C, Man U, Chelsea, Dortmund, Bayern, PSG, CSKA, Spartak, FC Porto and many others.

So does anybody know how I can transfer teams to different leagues.

NOTE: I want this super league to work on career mode.

Is this even possible? If it is, how should I go about doing it. (Even though I can program, I am the biggest newb with editing games, especially FIFA, so plz be kind enough to explain what needs to be done)

If somebody is kind enough to create a mod or patch for this, than that will be great.

U Can Use any league as Saudi arabia,...etc and chage its graphics and name then exchange teams and i think that it would work in career mode

And how exactly would I exchange teams?

okay if you would make the saudi arabia liga as your super league just insert your teams in it using CM 13 then go to every team as barcelona and insert a team from saudi arabia instead of it and do this thing with every team you want to add to your league

You can swap teams from one league for other teams from other leagues in-game already. Just press Y (or the PS3/PC equivalent) when selecting a team and change it. I'm not sure whether or not there's a limit to how many teams you can swap out though.
