Replacing Online Seasons Trophies By e.g. Champions League Trophy

Hi there.

I'd like to replace the online trophies (normal Online Seasons, not FUT online mode) like the First Division Trophy, Gold Titele, Premier Cup, etc. by real trophies like the Champions League Trophy or the "Meisterschale" (Bundesliga).

I've already heard that this is actually possible, but the tournament-IDs as well as the Online Cup IDs seem to be a mystery.

Does anyone know how this could be done?
