Replace team with custom team

Hi I have created my own football team using Creation Centre, it has it's own kits and team logo too.

I want to replace West Brom (in the FA premire league) with my team....but i don't know how.
I am sure it can be done, can some one tell me how?

(I have done it before in 2003 and 2004)

The only way you can replace West Brom is to edit the team properties and import new assets (logos, flags, kits). Transfer the players (or copy) from your team to West Brom.

You can't import a CC club into an existing league folder - only RoW, Intl, Football Fusion or a newly created league.
