Repeated surnames of Youth Academy players in Career mode

Many players in the youth academy from countries like Ukraine, Romania, Hungary and other Balkan countries often repeat the same surnames. Is there any way to expand the pool of surnames to generate players manually? Thanks

How can I use this cheat table to add more surnames to the pool of names? I don't want to edit an already generated player and change the same surnames every time, I want players to be generated with many different surnames at once.
