Removing Rating Cloud

Anyone know how to remove the need to scout players on career mode? So all players have their rating already shown. I remember someone put a download link on a post but I can't seen to find it. Thanks in advance. (sorry if in wrong thread)

Place this file in the folder 'Origin Games\FIFA 16\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data' -- create it if it isn't already there. Then regenerate.
