I have a little question, that date will be realesed al over the world?if yes, we are 19 days for the realese of the game, i can't wait too much time...

It will be released on the 7th of November in the United Kingdom. The PC version of course.

I'll probably receive it on the 5th or 6th though.

Rojo are you saying that it costs 700 in the Argentine currency or in U.S. dollars? If it's U.S. then that sucks, you could get someone to buy a ps2 here in teh u.s. for $200 and pay for the shipping also
