whos regenerator you using ?

use fm12 to regenerate.

its the right logo in the pack cause its right in my game.

Cat, by any chance did you include quotes (") in some strings? Been noticing a few quotes that shouldn't be there.

You could resolve that modifying languagestrings.txt
Just use the function "replace with" on notepad of your windows.

Before you have to replace "" with @@
Then replace " with 'a space'
Finally, replace @@ with ".

And it will work like a charm.

no i didnt & i dont have any quotation marks in my data.

mine is already edited, so if you have edited yours there is nothing left to do.

if you are trying to make the patch for your native tongue then you open the excel file in excel & copy data to your languagestrings table.

first you extract all the lang dbs from locale.big then you delete them from the big.

then place them in the loc folder.

open your lang db in dbm12 to export the table & edit it then import it back into the lang db & regenerate.

FIFA 12 folder inside EA Sports folder.

those folders & the 12 registry key should give the tool full functionality.

gameplay is in the works, i have already tightened up the defense, slowed the pace down & now build ups exist so its no longer a 90 minute counter attack.

a few more things to work on & ill up a beta for testers.

Creating the folders helped, it finally works, thank you!

I can't regenerate with FM, however. The Regenerate option is greyed out.

open it, browse to the install directory, then browse to the game folder & try to regenerate.

RC, I pm'd you. I was playing with Man United vs Newcastle last night. First half I murdered them. I had 63% possession 10(7) shots to their 3(2) and 37%possession. I led 2 - 0 at half time. Second half totally different. I don't know what happened, but they started possessing the ball from side to side back to front. Hard to get the ball off them. At the end of the match it was Man United 2 Newcastle 2. STATS at the end of the match - Man United 52% (after I had to resort to just keeping possession and not trying to attack the CPU cause I was being bombarded) shots Man United 12(8) Newcastle 48% 15(9). They battered me in the second half. I got pissed off cursing you and the AI and went to bed. Before this, I was beating Man city and other clubs 5-0 and 4-0 or 3-0 on a bad day. However, the CPU goalie is too good now and my defensive marking seems to be much worse now. Also, CPU blocks too many shots without handballs being called. I'm pissed off so I guess you did a GREAT JOB .

I know you said you wouldn't be releasing a mod for Fifa 13 but would share what you found works for you. Just curious, because right now my biggest gripe with this years Fifa is defenders giving too much space in the box and overall not enough aggressiveness.

im just looking to tighten up the defense, decrease the pace, increase the fouls & more buildup style play & not an all day counter attack.

one annoying thing for me is, when I get one-on-one with the opposition defender without pressing any button, my player automatically goes sideways with the ball.. in fifa 12, the same trick was done with the L2+R2 (pace control and the sprint button)... however in fifa 13 this is done automatically.. I use R1 for sprint by the way..


is there a code, like triggering distance which we can set to null to turn it off completely?
