Refs are awful

I just started an FA Cup tournament, im lincoln and my first match was against carlisle. Carlisle kicked off straight away and my player went in and caught the player on the ankle and got sent off straight away, i couldnt believe that he sent him off, it should have been a yellow card at the most but to send him off after 0 minutes is disgraceful and it wasnt even a poore challenge. Later on in the match i was one on one in the area and my player got took down from behind, i got a penalty but there player only got a yellow card, surely it should have been a red. Despite the poor ref i got a 2-0 victory my next match is against leeds.
