You can download Referee Raptor.

You can select the referee you prefer before the match. Also you will be able to select the kit or even import your own kits.

This Version includes 6 referees : Colina (Italy), Merk (Germany), Anders (Sweden), Nielsen (Norway), Lopez Nieto (Spain) and Baldassi (Argentina).

IMPORTANT

Referee Raptor does not work with Club Championship Tournament. I decide not to modify the random referee selection used in Club Championship. Referee Raptors works for Friendlies (not Club Championship Ones), Tournaments and Seasons.

Might be a good idea for EA to look into doing more referees in FIFA 2004. The same referee doing all the English and Scottish matches for the entire season is unrealistic. It would be cool if the referees changed every match...maybe even referees with lifelike styles, i.e some are card happy, some give away penalties easily...some favour giving certain teams all the breaks. That would be more true to life.
