I have a video file in wmv format of a soccer game and wanna add effects, ie "GOAL!!" when a goal is scored and player name titles when a substitution occurs and maybe a goal counter at the diagonal end of the screen...

Anyone can recommend any software that can do the above...

U mean it can add those small titles at the bottom like those that come out during substitutions?

Which version of Movie Maker would that be?
