I'm playing in the Romanian First League for my second year now, coming from the 2nd division, I don't have a backup/2nd team to play in the reserves, unlike most of the other teams in my division, is there any chance of me ever getting one??

I think if you have a 2nd team, but they dont play any matches, there is a chance they get promoted to an active league.

Like in Germany: 2nd teams can promote to the regionalliga.

Either buy some cheap players and demote them to reserves, or offer contracts to decent "grey" players.
