Are you sure that the mini kits are going to same as jerseys used ingame... Kits and jersey must be similar.

You need a program like Adobe Photoshop (or The Gimp which is free)

You have to use this template:

they're small, but they have different collars)

Draw the design on a new layer and after set it to "multiply".

Finally, resize the image to 128x128
