Ok here we go , i have installed pro 4 on my pc and i have also installed the 1.10 konami patch.
I have also installed wolf's version 3 patch , the problem i am having is when i attempt to play online.
When i am the client all i get is " ip not found " , when i try to host all i get is "waiting". I have tried running both with my firewall disabled and it is still the same.
If anyone can give me any advice to solve this i would be very grateful.

I have downloaded and tried pesonline and it's still the same , i am wondering if it's anything to do with me having wireless broadband , since i got it i am also unable to play links online.
This is really frustrating as i love to play pro and playing against another human would really make pro evo 4 stand out.

I wonder is anyone able to play online without the konami 1.10 patch ? , i just wonder whether it's the patch that's causing some people to have the unable to connect problem.

I think this is the same problem that occured in the popular Real-time strategy game Rise of Nations. If you had a router, it was almost impossible to host or even join online games; even activating DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) — which is added between a protected network and an external network, in order to provide additional layer of security — on the router wouldn't work. When the expansion pack of Rise of Nations, Thrones & Patriots, came out, this problem no longer existed and everything worked fine. So I think the problem is in Konami's netcode.
