Real Madrid vs Sevilla (Spanish Supercup 2nd Leg)

Crazy match, we score 3 and let 5 in...our fullbacks keep getting owned when Sevilla would do their counter attack. We pretty much owned the second half than Kanoute scored on their first chance of the second half through a counter. Pepe gets a red which results to Kanoute scoring yet again. Second half was better from us but we still got some work to do.

Congrats to Sevilla and their fans.

This is probably a stupid question, but why is Spain's super cup played over 2 legs?
Probably so they don't have to find a neutral stadium every year.

Did anybody notice Sergio Ramos motioning to the 4th ref that it was indeed him who scored the 3-3? What a tool.

even tho he's at a good club now, he's still got some of that Sevilla dirtiness in him :D.

anyway, weird game to comment on, the 3-5 wasnt justified, but we had to risk it all at 3-3, so **** it, when you go on an all out attack, you risk that.
the first three goals were pure gifts too, our defence is just so lost.
it might be a good thing to get such a beating before the season starts, so the coach can beat some sense into the team.
atleast we got one sweet goal out of this game. Drenthe, what a shot.

congrats to Sevilla!

We haven't been a dirty team since Caparros left.

Also, some people are saying that Ramos was actually pointing out his number to our president, as if to say he made a mistake in selling him. What a thing to do when you're losing a trophy match... and who does he think he is? We've won five trophies since he's been gone. Does he really think we regret his sale??

Congrats to Sevilla. Deserved.

Sevilla controlled the game from the start. In the second half they let Real Madrid dominate, but as soon as Real Madrid had any minimal chance to come back, Sevilla scored another goal. Since Renato scored the first goal, they kept Real Madrid at least 2 goals away from the title. They could improve the set pieces, though. Real Madrid were quite harmless but they were dangerous in the set pieces.

congratulations madridista :D

you opponent to win the supercup in the middle of MADRID, in your grass its something that i cant imagine will happen anytime at BARÇA :P

congratulations again hahahaha
Ehm... I prefer Barcelona than Real Madrid, but why you boast of that? I remember you what happened to Barça last year in Monaco or Japan, and if Real Madrid lost this way now, is because they played, and to play this competition you must be league champion or cup champion, anyway... funny match yesterday

Congrats to Sevilla.

I don't usually pay much attention to preseason results, but this is more serious and Madrid seem to be in problems. Hopefully this continues throughout the season. (Y)
