Raptors problem

every time i install a raptor and run it, i get a missing dll error. it says i don't have the dll "MSVBM60.DLL". any ideas? maybe someone can send this dll to me? thanks.

also, how do i open msi files? i can't open them ever since i installed WinRAR so i can't install ECP DBI. :(

btw, i just reformatted my HD and i'm running win98. everything worked fine the last time.
