Random player's status?

No matter what I try, subing not subing, starting not starting my very expensive players with superb staminas/conditions/consistensies and whatnot, they seem to randomly go out of condition (black arrow)...to prove it I loaded the same ML several times, and every time their statuses were different.... Now this makes me very mad because i spend all these money to pay their very high salaries + transfer fees to find them totaly useless every other game? Can anybody explain this?

The form arrows, I know its very annoying they should at least be consistent

do they effect the player's gameplay by much and how? I guess i was thinking that the player is out of condition if for example the arrow is black or was i right?

form arrows, yeah.

if an arrow is down = certain stat decrease.

if up, they increase.

not sure which stats they are but about 5 of them.
