Rain?????

I do like the option to play day or night, but I was wondering if there was any rain play at all??

emm...if you say no have rain, you suppose to say the rain option is locked. if you refer to the ini file, you will figure out, actual they have program rain, flares and etc in game just don't know why we can't see in game. unfinished? incomplete? who knows by the way

its in config.dat as well in the main fifa folder
