The post apartheid South Africa is a one party dictatorship controlled by the party founded by Mandela, evolved from the violent terrorist/revolutionary organization with which he was involved, in exactly the same vein as the one party dictatorship of the National Party with controlled apartheid South Africa. I detest apartheid and the National Party and I am glad they are gone, however I find very depressing for South Africans that Nelson Mandela's "legacy" is such a dictatorship presiding over a country with HORRIBLE crime rates, horrible poverty and extreme prejudice rife through all echelons of society.
