No you can't. Match fitness means that you've been playing games. A real match is always different from training matches.

Mutu is physically perfecty fit, but he hasn't played many games, which means he probably isn't up to his normal standard.

Yeah, our defense won, really. Only Robben played well, and Kuijt showed the necessary zest.

The defense was great though. Lucius was the best man on the pitch for me, but Opdam, Heitinga, and Gio were very good as well. Robben might have tied with Lucius, but after the 65th minute, there was hardly any forward play to measure him by.

Important win, the game was not fantastic but the points are ours again..
van Persie had a 100% chance and blew it :boohoo: nothing more to say about that. Robben once again showed his class and Kuyt scored once more what a season for him :fool:
Romania was not good enough to beat us but I think it will be much tougher on wednesday in and against Finland although we could beat them as well in this form. Unbeaten for many games now and van Basten is getting the NT back where it belongs.. ON TOP

the romanian NT suks. we have the worst team ever. of course if the player selections are made by becali brothers who are the agents for almost all the players in romania. Contra suked again, same as all the other players from steaua (about 4) and 3 from dinamo. anyways good luck to holland i want them to go in front of the Czeck republic.


to bad for us, maybe the euro 2008. we do have the hardest group btw.
