McFadden scores for Scotland again. I always knew he'd be good at picking off the weaker to mid-ranked international teams.

And if Scotland can win their home game on Sunday against Trindad & Tobaga, I think we can rest assured they'll have all but qualified for the World Cup 2006 in Germany.

You obviously haven't yet grasped the concept of sarcasm. :)

I'm absolutely raging Estonia didn't beat us - every team and their maw can stick 4 past us, why can't yous!? You would have gone a long way to getting Berti sacked! :f***:

im just in after a boring game of football, it was crap. i need new trainers the ones i have are.... em, yeah. was the game on tv? how did scotland play? what was the line up????

Just watched the highlights of the Scotland - Estonia game. Thought we played pretty well in patches, and we could easily have won by more than the 1-0 we did (much to my surprise - I saw the half-time score on another channel and thought it was full-time!) Lovely individual goal from McFadden. Kenny Miller missed three gilt-edged chances.

After the game - Charlie Nicholas has his moanin' face on, doing the best he could to talk down a decent performance, but there's nothing new in that. Then the summariser asked him who he would prefer in goal for Scotland during the World Cup campaign. Guess who he named?

That's right - David Marshall. Can the man possibly get any more biased towards the Old Firm? He actually managed not even to mention Craig Gordon's name, despite the fact that he, unlike Marshall, has played the full season for his club and has been getting into the squads.
