hi, i have two questions here, hopefully they get answered ...

1st : how do i select the "head" Assistant Manager? i mean the one who advice me one whether singing the lpayer would be good or not ...

2nd : had anyone get in UEFA competition (UEFA Cup or UEFA Champions League) through Fair Play qualification?

1. usually is the guy after you for ex: Alext ferguson manager,, carlos quieroz ass. manager, the one who tells you about players and stuff

but what i mean in the 1st question is, i have more than 1 assistant manager, how do i select the one who will advice me on signing player? Thanks! :)

hmm, thanks, then can i know whether Ast. Manager with "Very Poor" reputation or "Unproven" is better?

in my experience, the computer seems to choose the one highest in the list (which depends on when i signed them or those already in the team before i was appointed as manager), that means if i fired the current one, the one listed below him will be the my advisor ... :rolleyes:

wrong.

the game assigns the assistant manager who was already at the club, if at the start of the game there is already 2 then it simply picks either of them (completly random).

as for 2. you only get that if you dont get into Uefa Cup/CL for one, and it can be very different reasons. Basically a news item comes up and asks you if you want to be enterred.

no im just saying, im almost certain thats how its done. However if both have been at the same club for the same time (or since the start of the game) it may well be what pmg4lktan said, i.e. The person who is at the top of the list
