Question about unsettled young players

I just started a new game after getting booted by Bordeaux after only 6 months in charge... yeah yeah i know I suck but i'm new at this. :(

Anyways, now I started a new game with PSV and I just bought two young players from South America for my reserve team. Frank Cangele from Boca Juniors (Argentinian) and Juan Vargas from Universitario (Peruvian). Both just started bitching about not being able to settle in Holland. Cangele has already missed one training and i've warned him once for unprofesional behaviour.

Now, since I'm new at this I would like to know what to expect from these two players and what to do about this situation. Should I keep warning them and them fining them? Should I just do nothing? Do I sell them back? I don't even know if their old teams want them back. I bought Cangele for $60K and Vargas for $48k. I any insight, opinions or advice regarding my situation would be greatly appreciated.

Quick update:

Juan Vargas just stated that he's settleing in now in Holland. Thank God. Hopefully Cangele does the same.

Edit: GRRRRR and as that good thing happened above, my starting Brazilian keepter, Gomes just said that he's unhappy in Holland and cant adjust to live there... wtf! :f***:

Because I know nothing about Van Der Youths. :p

No but seriously, all I know is about South American youth players that is why its easier for me to find them.

There's an option to do that or do we have to wait for such an option?

I didn't find the "leave of absence option" anywhere in the game. :(
Anyways, it doesn't matter now.. after playing for about 8 hours with PSV I finally resigned as coach in Dec. after losing 6-1 to Ajax. It was really pitiful... I really suck at this.
Anyways, I probably won't be playing another game for a while, this thing is way too addicting.. and because of it I almost didn't come to work today after being up until 3AM playing.
I wish I knew what I was doing wrong though... maybe next time i'll play with a huge club like Inter or Barca. Maybe then i'll get to last a bit longer.. but then again, playing with a big team is no fun either. Well, either way, i'm not playing this for a while... I just don't have the time for it.

Losing 6-1 to Ajax?? You are a shame for PSV (H) Settling is quite annoying, that's why Dutch youth IS the best way to go for, or at least European, they settle faster to my expierience.

if you have unhappy young players then you should leave them at your club, an unhappy young inexperiecned player is unlikely to upset others within the squad, however, if you a 28yr old with a high influence rating you might want to think about sending him home as he may well disrupt things on the field.

The one thing to do is NEVER treat them worse, if you have someone unhappy either send them home or keep them in the same role, dont penalise them just for voicing their concerns. If you have an SC bagging 20 a season who is unhappy then leave him in that role or send him home.

Dont punish them by banishing them to the youth squad in the hope it wont effect the rest of the team:p

Have you go the latest patch? Becasue I think players not being able to settle in was a major problem before the patch came out.

I do (H), on my Boro game, De Guzman was at least 50 times absent from training in a year. I fined him for 2 weeks every time, so he didnt get any wages that year(H) He always accepted the fine though:confused:
