question about training!!!

I'm playing a season with everton and every week doing the team training option and not noticing any change. So i went to the individual training option and noticed a lot of random "slots" next to my players names (well three!!) They have varying amounts of which don't seem to make sense. I guess that you have to assign a player a session and then they get better. If the values are the amount of points you have to spend to increase their levels then how do you get more points. I only get 1000 a week and they don't carry over. Also when i try to assign a session to a player i can't get on to the "done" button on the bottom just switches between the top two slots (can't get to the bottom slot at all) so the only way i can get out is by pressing the player bio button then exiting through that which i'm sure doesn't save my training session so they can't get better. I've looked at the manual and that is rubbish, it tells you to assign a discipline then click on the forward icon. I can't get to it!!!!!!! Can someone who has trained their players to a higher level please tell me how and show me a screenie of the bio screen showing their stats going up.

Cheers

looking at players from other clubs in the transfer window in january I can see their statistics have gone up, (by a green bar next to their original statistic). I'm just thinking whether it's a ploy by EA so that with the amount of points you start off with you can only train up players from lower divisions so you have to start off lower!? I was only playing as everton first cos they are my team, i'll start with torquay or something and see if that makes a difference. If anyone knows that it does can they post up their findings!

What you basically want to do is keep training your team with condition training, cause they have keep up the whole season. After every game check the last 3 stats on the chart in Team management.

If they have low morale >> win games or substitute player on the bench with low morale >> if they play their morale goes up

When tired switch of condition training for 1 game, preferably a game without high stakes or against a team that's low on the table

If they have low condition >> train more (team training)

Players that have low condition exclusively >> train individual on condition (like sprints or so) this way they improve stats and condition/morale etc.

Player only get more form (at least that's the dutch word) when they play games or get individual training.

I was playing career with Real Madrid and noticed only my benchplayers kept form, the basic 11 went down to 1 or even 0. Why that is I really don't know, does it mean they perform less or better? I think less, fewer passes make it, and corners are more difficult, and I'm playing semi-pro.

Anyway this is what I found out in the few hours I played the game, please comment on this cause I like understand the exact workings of managing the teams.
