Question about making "backups".....

I just bought PES 4 PC,

I have installed it, but I wanna patch it, right? How do I make a backup of what it is that I need to backup? Cuz let's say, I did not patch the game properly, and I wanna go back to the unpatched version, how do I do this?

i am not sure
backup x:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\dat
backup dat folder
and save folder to backup save games

Uninstalling and then re-installing from your original disk would be on simple way!
