Qualifying for ECC

In the owner mode, which leagues can you not qualify for the ECC from?

I'm assuming that the top leagues are fine, such as the English, Italian, Spanish, German leagues.

From reading some other forums/posts it appears that even winning the Norwegian league will not mean you play in the ECC the season afterwards.

Which other leagues suffer from this?

The roumanian league send you in the ECC. Oh, I forget, Romania don't exist for this anti-football EA guys.

Hum, thats a good question.

And also, is there only one european competition? Only the ECC with a cup format....

There are two competitions, the equivalent of the champions League and the UEFA cup.

I just simmed through an entire Scottish Premier League last night and the winner (Celtic) qualified for the Champions League whereas the runners ups (Rangers, Hearts, Aberdeen) all qualifieid for the UEFA Cup.
