pes6 cannot get the game to recognize up and down on the right
analogue stick using rockfire ps2/usb port and oem name is
Logitech Dual Action deliberatley that because it's better that way
have tried changing oem name to many but to no avail any help
greatly appreciated thanks.

I don't think that there is anything which you could do. I would have the same problem if I used the analogue, but I don't know why you'd want to.
