PS2, it's a lot easier. But if you are going to patch it, then get it for the PC. (Nothing really needs to be patched apart from the unlicenced teams).

I had it on PC at first. I just bought an X-box and thought it would run better on that system. The menus run smoother, the graphics seem fine but the controls take a little time to get used to. As cool as the Holland patch was it was causing my PC to crash at least every other game. Now it's all good.

If you have a ok pc, I would choose pc because you can edit it. And it's fun to edit it yourself, when you first have learned it then.

If you have rather poor pc, then go for ps2 because it is very frustrating to play when it runs bad.
