well the thing is, i have a computer with 2 network cards, 1 for my broadband and 1 for my other computer, the thing is is it possible to have 3 networkc ards in one computer and have all three broadband computer and ps2 connecting from one computer?

yea u cant connect from the computer to the ps2 and still be online with both working u need either a router or connect straight from the modem (if u dont have a modem then i wouldn know) but if u have a router u can be connected with both at the same time.......but u would have to open ports or dmz it in order for it to work properly online
