Well the CPU can't score against me, and I play with a very attack-minded formation. I just don't concede goals, I have about 60-65% posession every game and it's becoming annoying. I almost wish the CPU would cheat MORE at least than I would lose once in while.

I know what you mean. some of the best games i play in PES5 are cup finals. The reason is because the cpu cheats so dam much in cup finals that it's actually challenging.
It's obvious that konami acutally created a different difficulty mode sepcific to cup finals. I wish there was a way to enable that during regular season/league mode.

I don't even play PES/WE anymore, which doesn't mean I can't say the game sucks, does it?

I like how you just avoided everything I said though, did you watch a football game and compare it to PES5 yet? because I watched Liverpool vs Wigan first half, and if Crouch can turn that quick in real life, surely someone with 99 agility can turn quick too no?

And tell me, when was the last time you seen defenders keep up with players like Henry? everytime I see Henry play, he easily outruns any defender along with mostly every other player, yet on PES5 this is the complete opposite?

Like I said, get the finger out, and get your tongue out konami's arse, admit the game ain't real and get on with whatever life you have.

However on my PES5, when I'm playing, Henry has no problems outrunning 2 Charlton defenders and scoring. Albeit in Real Madrid colors

I have also scored numerous goals when strikers have received the ball inside the penalty box, do a quick turn, and score. However this is so mundane that I didnt bother saving it. If you want, I can.

Came home from work...first game and hey presto...a quick turn + goal. Hope this is what you mean. It's not a 360 degree turn as I think you mentioned..just 180 degrees, cos 360 degrees is a marseilles roullette. I can do that, but i can't do that and score...yet

I don't think this Henry clip of yours was what the original critique was about. I can do that too every once in a while running full speed through a defence when their positioning allows (on a through ball or catching them on the wrong foot with R2-ing the ball ahead). And yes. They won't catch me. Just recently scored a beautiful goal with Kily Gonzalez who outran 3 defenders on a counter attack and swirled it around the keeper in the long corner.

However, outdribbling defenders or going around them without having a lot of momentum to start with is a different thing. I am not saying it is impossible in PES and it certainly rarely succeeds in reality, but it is still clear to me that Konami has put in some "little trick" to give the CPU a speed burst here. I think it is quite obvious to see, and it has always been in PES (at least so my impression), but it's also something one shouldn't get too worked up about.

MY GOD.Just look at the defender's movement.The well-known run-stop-move animation in order to give the cpu player enough time to turn.Simply LOL.I haven't played PES5 after stating the problems of it (some months ago).To be honest i don't miss it (whereas i was playing PES3 every single day).So you might ask what i'm doing here.I missed the forum so i visited it

to everyone out there who's pissed at people for bitching: if people want to bitch, let them bitch. everyone is entitled to their own opinion and they're going to do it regardless of you giving them sh*t or not, so why bother? i think it's more annoying reading people's posts bitching about others bitching than it is to actually read the complaints. and it's not like you don't know ahead of time that posts like these are going to be filled with complaints so if you don't want to see it, don't read them. you're just out looking for arguments. and as has been said before, this game isn't perfect. i think it is the best game out there but it's not perfect and some of you need to chill out about people expressing that opinion.
